Cultural & Linguistic Diversity at Clyde & Co

The under-representation of individuals from different ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds is a trend across the legal sector. It is incumbent on us all to enable change across the firm through education, awareness and action of the lived experiences of our colleagues.

Achieving Cultural and Ethnic Diversity (ACED) is the firm's network that seeks to address and tackle issues relevant to ethnically diverse employees while providing all members of staff a place to share and celebrate their culture and ethnicity.

Some of our initiatives include:

  • Implementation of a Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan
  • Cultural Awareness training
  • Celebrations and events for key dates including National Reconciliation Week and NAIDOC Week
