Recruitment Process

We aim to provide candidates with a stress-free application journey. Interested candidates may submit their updated resumes to phcareers@collabera.com. Once we have received their applications, our recruitment team will connect with them via phone call or schedule them for a virtual interview. Talents applying for technical positions should take specific exams to help us assess their skills effectively.

Candidates usually undergo three rounds of interviews: first with the recruiter, second with the HR, and third with the hiring manager. Because of the current circumstances, we currently interview applicants virtually.

Successful candidates not only possess the required skills for the position, but they also have the willingness to learn, the ability to adapt to our company culture, the flexibility, and the commitment to the job and the company.
