Infosys Limited Graduate Stories

At the start of my placement on the project, the tasks I was assigned were fairly minor and I was given a lot of guidance by my senior colleagues. Over time, as my skills and knowledge have improved, I've been able to contribute to more important projects with more complexity. I have also become more independent to work on projects now by myself.

The commitment that Infosys has to continuous learning and development was evident from the outset. The training was the ideal mix of instructor-led and self-directed (using the LeX mobile learning platform).

Personally, I’m looking forward to volunteering and creating awareness about digital skills, especially because I want to see more women in technology.

In general, technology has made people’s lives so much easier and it feels so empowering knowing that what you create gets used by others and helps them in some way.
