Your role

As the Financial Planning & Analysis Graduate, you will play an important role in business partnering with key stakeholders, producing management reports and participating in business planning. You will also be involved in gaining and sharing business insights and participating in continuous improvement projects.

Other priorities in this role include:

• Assisting with the production and analysis of monthly management reports including Sales, P&L and headcount
• Documenting and collaborating with the broader finance team, to recommend and implement continuous improvement projects
• Assisting and supporting the Vaccines and Specialty Care Finance Business Partners as required
• Assisting with preparation, analysis and reporting of business plans (F1, F2, Budget and LRP)
• Generating impactful insights and understanding drivers of business performance, to support decision making
• Assist Senior Commercial Lead with Supply Chain and Shared Support Functions business partnering

About you

Sanofi is seeking Graduates who possess the following qualities:

• Have completed an undergraduate degree in the areas of Commerce or Business, preferably majoring in Accounting from a recognized tertiary institution.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Possess strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Are passionate and curious about uncovering insights
• Have strong attention to detail
• Are proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Any SAP or TM1 experience will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
• Are proactive and motivated to develop into a true business partner
• Are eager to develop themselves and will take ownership of their role
• To be eligible for this role, you will need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of application and be located in (or willing to relocate to) NSW.
