Our program will provide you with ongoing training, structured development programs and valuable experience in a field where you will be able to impact people's lives This is a fantastic opportunity to apply knowledge from your tertiary studies into action by working collaboratively to tackle daily challenges and deliver best practice.
Commencing in February 2021, we will work with you to develop your skills and experience by tailoring your rotations to suit both your strengths and business needs.

As the Financial Planning & Analysis Graduate, you will play an important role in business partnering key stakeholders, producing management reports and participating in business planning. You will also be involved in gaining and sharing business insights and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Other priorities in this role include:

  • Assisting with the production and analysis of monthly management reports including Sales, P&L and headcount
  • Documenting and collaborating with the broader finance team, to recommend and implement continuous improvement projects
  • Assisting and support the Vaccines and Specialty Care Finance Business Partners as required
  • Assisting with preparation, analysis and reporting of business plans (F1, F2, Budget and LRP)
  • Generating impactful insights and understand drivers of business performance, to support decision making
  • Assist Senior Commercial Lead with Supply Chain and Shared Support Functions business partnering

What we're looking for graduates who:

  • Have completed an undergraduate degree in the areas of Commerce or Business, preferably majoring in Accounting from a recognized tertiary institution by December 2020 or have completed your relevant university qualification within the past 2 years (since December 2018).
  • Possess strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Are passionate and curious about uncovering insights
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Are proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Any SAP or TM1 experience will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrate good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Are proactive and motivated to developing into a true business partner
  • Are eager to develop themselves and will take ownership of their role

To be eligible for this role, you will need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of application and be located in (or willing to relocate to) NSW.
