The Sanofi Graduate Program is a 24-month rotational program that offers you a fully supported learning environment to cultivate your development and build your future.

Our program will provide you with ongoing training, structured development programs and valuable experience in a field where you will be able to impact people’s lives This is a fantastic opportunity to apply knowledge from your tertiary studies into action by working collaboratively to tackle daily challenges and deliver best practice.

Commencing in February 2021, we will work with you to develop your skills and experience by tailoring your rotations to suit both your strengths and business needs.

As the Business Insights Graduate working within our Supply Chain function, you will provide analytical and process support to ensure product availability to end customers while optimising company resources.

Other priorities in this role include:

  • Executing functional reporting for various areas across the team on accordance with deadlines.
  • Develop reporting tools to facilitate efficient and accurate representation of supply chain data.
  • Provide analytical support to the team members to analyse large sets of data in a meaningful way.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders including customers and wholesalers

What we’re looking for graduates who:

  • Have completed an undergraduate degree in the areas of Business, Commerce or Business Intelligence from a recognized tertiary institution by December 2020 or have completed your relevant university qualification within the past 2 years (since December 2018).
  • Have a strong ability in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), as well as the ability to pick up understanding of various software programs. Experience with Qlik would be highly regarded.
  • Are passionate about data and working with it to make meaningful inferences
  • Possess sound communication skills with the ability to ask questions
  • Have Good attention to detail
  • Can demonstrate a customer service focus
  • Are eager to develop themselves and will take ownership of their role

To be eligible for this role, you will need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of application and be located in (or willing to relocate to) NSW.
