Being a Schneider Electric Graduate, you will be fast-tracked into high performing teams to have an exciting, attractive and diverse start to your career. Our Graduate Program may contain rotational opportunities within the business. This will see you experience a variety of roles across two (2) years, starting February 2022 until February 2024. Here you will gain exposure to Industry and be supported to learn all the skills that you will need to have a meaningful career.

If you are have recently completed or are currently completing the last year of a bachelor's degree in the below disciplines, we would love to hear from you;

  • Business / Commerce (Marketing, Accounting, Finance, International Business or Entrepreneurship)

Program dates and information

  • Dates: February 2022 until February 2024
  • Our Graduate Program may contain 3 x 8 months rotations! This will see you experience a variety of roles across two (2) years.
  • Competitive salary and access to our great employee benefits (accrued leave, flexible working arrangements etc.)
  • Concluding each rotation, there will be a formal performance and salary review.

  • An Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application
  • Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the previously mentioned disciplines in 2020 or 2021
