Management at Stockland

9.2
9.2 rating for Management, based on 19 reviews
How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Managers are great mentors and very accessible. They are only a email or teams message away (when working from home), and in the office are quite happy for a chat at their desk. They offer feedback when asked for and always recognise achievements that occur within the team.

I have nothing but good things to say about my managers and mentors. They are genuinely invested in my personal growth and always carve out time to chat.

As a graduate you are allocated a career coach which is great, but even without that i have managed to gain multiple mentors due to how open and accepting management are. Some managers struggle to give recognition but overall i would say its good.

Managers are generally available for a chat, providing feedback an just contributing to office banter. They are very good at providing feedback and recognition of accomplishments in team meetings, emails or teams.

All my managers have been great so far

Yes, they are available for when I need to meet them or ask them questions ad-hoc. However, we have regular sessions with our managers as well as a career coach. While my manager helps me with my work within my team and whatever concerns I have with my work such as exploring a different function of our team, the career coach is more responsible for guiding my professional development. We have regular catchups with both. However, everyone is available to help out with these which includes people within my team and outside.
