The role

We have a broad range of Business Enablement functions in various business units including:  

  • Partner Initiatives 
  • Systems & Continuous Improvement 
  • Business Development 
  • Business Advisory  
  • Distribution Partnerships 
  • Enablement & Change 

The Business Enablement team play an important role in project delivery, business analysis and fostering- commercial partnerships that enables the broader IAG business to achieve its business and customer strategy.  

Business Enablement is the engine room of the company, supporting our business lines on a wide range of key projects, system implementations and change. This is this closest you can get to seeing the operation of end-to-end business practices within IAG! 

As a Business Enablement Graduate, you’ll have exposure to the following: 

  • Involvement in thought-leadership decisions to drive and deliver Business Enablement Strategies
  • Helping drive contemporary and strong Project Management
  • Working with the Distribution Partnering team to seek out new business, manage contracts and establish rapport with many different areas of the business whilst doing so

Requirements

  • A university degree in Commerce, Business or Arts (from 2022-2024) or be in your penultimate year of a relevant degree with graduation expected by the end of 2024 
  • An average credit achievement (65%+), and  
  • Are an Australian and/or New Zealand citizen or Australian and/or New Zealand permanent resident
